Within 24 hours after receiving your order, the purchased license will be added to the list of your licenses in KSuse Manager.
Your use of the KSuse product to which the license you have acquired will constitute delivery of the items you have purchased.

If you did not specify your login in KSuse Manager in the comments to the order or you do not see the purchased licenses in KSuse Manager, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the order date, the item you purchased will be deemed received, loaded and delivered to you.
